These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Maison de Chloé Club.
By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Services
Maison de Chloé provides dog walking, pet sitting, grooming, wellness sessions, and related services. Details of services, availability, and scheduling will be agreed at the time of booking.
Owner Responsibilities
The client confirms that their dog:
- is up to date with vaccinations, flea treatment, and worming
• does not have aggressive behaviour towards people or other animals unless disclosed in advance
• has appropriate collars, harnesses, or leads for walking
Owners must provide accurate information about their dog’s health, behaviour, and routine.
Access to Property
Clients must provide safe access to the property where services are required, including keys, codes, or entry instructions where necessary.
Payment
Service fees and membership fees must be paid according to the agreed booking terms. Payments may be required in advance of services being provided.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations of scheduled services. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Health and Veterinary Care
In the event of illness or injury, Maison de Chloé may seek veterinary care for the dog if the owner cannot be contacted. Any veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
Liability
Maison de Chloé will provide services with reasonable care and attention. However, we cannot be held responsible for illness, injury, or loss arising from circumstances beyond our control.
Owners remain responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog to people, animals, or property.
Insurance
Maison de Chloé maintains appropriate insurance for professional pet-care services.
Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a dog presents a safety risk, shows aggressive behaviour, or if the required information about the dog has not been provided.

Governing Law
